WALDEN DAHL, with his high smooth tenor sound, leads a band that is one of the premier 'West Coast' Bluegrass outfits in the U.S. As a songwriter, he's had his originals recorded by bluegrass legend Ralph Stanley and current star Alison Krauss (the title cut of her album So Long So Wrong which became a number one hit song on the Bluegrass charts in 1997).
On the Tomkins Showcase Volume One CD he tackles an age-old question, Country-style, in a song ironically co-written by Walden and his wife Annie Dahl...
 Girl Thing, which features Walden along with Tom Barnett on bass, Wayne on lead and Gary Vanderlinde on steel.
